IPC Designers Council Membership

There are two different types of Designers Council Memberships:

IPC Designers Council Professional
IPC Designers Council Student

Designers Council Professional Membership

Designers Council Professional membership costs $50 per individual, per year. Professional Membership benefits include a $50 voucher good toward the purchase of design related standards, publications, videos, CDs, workshops and conferences. IPC DC members are also entitled to:

Discounted prices on IPC design-related workshops, certifications, meetings, tutorials, and seminars.
Discounts of up to 50% on DESIGN RELATED publications and training videos. Download the list here.
$50.00 coupon useable towards IPC documents, videos, CDs, workshops, certifications. and conferences - an additional savings value for both new and renewing members.
Free subscription to the ROUTE, Designers Council monthly newsletter, sent electronically.
Access to IPC Designer Council e-mail forums and website – technical support.
Joining/Creating a (local) Chapter, enhancing networking and attend/host facility tours, guest speakers, seminars, & other functions.

Designers Council Student Membership

Designers Council Student membership costs $25 per individual, per year. Student Membership in the IPC Designers Council is limited to students currently enrolled full time in an IPC approved post secondary institution. Qualifying enrollment is contingent upon good standing status by the institution. The Student Membership is revoked should he/she fail to maintain their good standing status.

The following criteria are also applicable for Student Memberships:

The Designers Council Student Application must be signed by the authorizing secondary institution.
The student Member may either be affiliated with a local chapter, or an "At Large" status. Chapters receive no financial consideration from IPC for student members.
After the previous qualifications have been met, the application is sent to IPC with the $25 per year membership fee.
Student members receive IPC Designers Council rates for design-related standards, workshops, conferences, meetings, and symposiums.
Student members are non-voting members of the chapters and the council.
Renewal of the Student Membership is subject to the same qualifications.
